Airstrikes on Houla and clashes in eastern Homs

Homs (SyriaNews.media) Clashes renewed between Syrian government forces and the Islamic State group in the areas of al-Sawame’, al-Taileya intersection and al- Shaumaria Mountains, in eastern Homs.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights stated that clashes broke out again between Syrian government forces and the Islamic State terrorist group in al-Sawame’ area, al-Taileya intersection and al- Shaumaria Mountains, in eastern Homs, causing casualties among the ranks of the government forces.

Meanwhile, army aircraft carried out two air strikes on several areas in Kafr Laha town in al-Houla area, north of Homs, but no casualties were reported, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights added.
